 A morning yoga routine can be an excellent way to boost energy, increase flexibility, and set a positive tone for the day.


Asanas for the daily morning routine:- 

1. Surya Namaskar:-


Surya Namaskar, also known as Sun Salutation, is a series of yoga poses performed in a sequence to build strength, flexibility, and balance. It's often used as a warm-up or as a standalone practice to energize the body.

2. Mountain Pose (Tadasana):-


The term Tadasana is the combination of two sanskrit word:- Tad and asana.
  • Tadasana improves posture by aligning the spine and promoting a neutral pelvic position.
  • It strengthens the thighs, knees, and ankles.
  • The pose helps develop a sense of balance and stability.
  • Tadasana enhances awareness and mindfulness, as it encourages you to focus on the alignment of your entire body.
  • It also helps to increase your height.

3. Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana):-


Bhujangasana is also known as the cobra pose. in this asana they will help you to relieve your back pain and also relief your neck. and helps to loose you body weight.
