Tip 1:- Early morning you have drink luke warm water with half squeeze lemon.

 Tip 2:- Than you can go for a walk for 1 hours.


Walking may help you burn extra calories and develop lean muscle. Walking or performing exercise regularly may reduce belly fat and provide other health benefits.

Tip 3:-  After Walk take rest for 15 minutes.


Rest allows your muscles to rebuild and grow. And when you have more muscle, you'll burn more calories at rest. That's because muscles burns more energy than fat. 

Tip 4:- Take shower and take fruit in the morning.


Fruits is also high in fiber, which has been associated with increased weight loss. And Fruit is also generally low in calories, which may help you lose weight.

Tip 5:- In the lunch you will eat 2 chapati with Pulses and Salad.

Tip 7:- In the dinner, you will have 2 brown bread with 1 cheese slice.


Brown bread is a good source of dietary fiber and protein. Eating brown bread with healthy Fats and high- protein food helps in weight loss.

Tip 8:- Drink 4 litre water everyday.
